The BNI Story that I would share most often (1year in) is the opportunity for growth it has provided across a range of areas-in business, personally and within the community. I understand that many look to business networking as a financial investment they use to increase revenue and primarily look at ROI to determine if they will continue. There certainly has been financial gain for me and I am looking forward to seeing that increase further. However, I do value the personal growth more. The speaking and leadership opportunities have greatly increased my personal confidence and provided the opportunity to improve in those areas. There is still a lot of growing to do so that remains a priority as I continue in BNI for another year.
